We have a web server A running the MP3 recording applet under the domain secure.vec.bc.ca and it is working fine. Lately we need to do some update on server A and would like to move the web site from server A to server B. However, when I did some testing on server B by accessing the page with the IP address, the recording applet returned the message "Incorrect IP Address" in the status bar. If I accessing server B with the domain name, the recording applet returned the message "Voice message could not be uploaded". The two servers have different IP addresses, is this what causing the problem?

Hi,
1. Registration key could be used with one domain name. That's why you receive "Incorrect IP Address". So you need to generate registration key for server B.
2. You should check access rights to upload server folder(777) and serverscript(777).
