We have had reports for a number of months now that "sometimes" the audio becomes garbled or it skips. Please listen to the mu-law wav file example I have attached as it starts to skip after a few seconds. Do you have any ideas? Is there anything that can be changed in the applet, or is the computer that is recording the audio too slow or running too many processes? Thank you for you help, Sergey. I have included some examples of console output and the html we use for the applet. Please note that the audio is perfect 99% of the time. This problem only happens once in a while. The attachment is called "Garbled Test message.wav"

Example console output (not from the pc that the problem happens from):
OS: Windows XP
VERSION:1.3.20.1
Wav Dll version
Test Key file= RA_WAV_________.txt Tesing host name: www.________...

We are also experiencing a similar problem on a few machines. Does the BlockSize have anything to do with this?

Thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt,

we could not reproduce that bug, but we did some changes in the applet code in the place of potential bug. I hope it will help.
Please download last version of WAV Recording Applet SDK http://vimas.com/WAV_RecApplet.zip and try it.
Inform me about results.
