On our site we got the license key working, and as soon as, we move up to new web design our recorder stop working.
it keep showing "Please check the Key file on the server".
I tried to move the key file around and made several copies, no remedy though.
Do we need a new key?

If you did not change the domain name of web site, the registration key is actual and applet should work. If it does not work, it is because other reason. May be you corrupted registration key? Please update it on the server. I hope you have copy of registration key.
